At Sovi Studios, we strive to provide the best service to our guests. Please review our Refunds and Cancellation Policy carefully:

1)- No Show:

In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

2)- 0-5 Days Prior to Arrival:

Non-refundable.

3)- Days Prior to Arrival (Booking Date to 6 Days Prior):

30% retention will be applied.

4)-Cancellation Within 7 Days of Arrival:

No refund will be provided.

5)-Cancellation More Than 7 Days Prior to Arrival:

A full refund will be issued, minus a 5% charge for payment gateway fees.

6)- Super Peak Dates (22nd December to 5th January):

Bookings during these dates are non-refundable.

Refund Process

• All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• The amount will be credited back to your bank account within this timeframe.
• For all payment gateway advance payments received by us, 2.5% charges will be deducted even for full refund cases.
