Welcome to Sovi Studios. We kindly request all our guests to adhere to the following terms and conditions during their stay:

1. Property Rules
– Outside Food is allowed.
– ID proofs are mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

2. Booking & Payment
– 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
– Any pending payment must be cleared in full upon arrival.

3. Occupancy & Charges

• Standard occupancy for each room is 2 people.
• An additional person (if room size permits) can be accommodated for an extra charge of ₹1000+ taxes per day (stay only).
• Children up to 5 years can stay free of charge, sharing the same bed/room.
• Extra child 6-11 years charged at ₹1000+ taxes.
• For Peak Periods Pricing Varies

4. Pets & Visitors
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we strive to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Please review our pet policy to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests:

• Pet-Friendly Rooms: Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms only. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet.
• Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of 500 per night applies per pet. This covers additional cleaning to maintain high standards for all guests.
• Pet Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in rooms. We will not allow pets outside in the balcony, they have to be in the room with the parent.
• Leash and Control: For the comfort of all guests, pets must be on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas of the hotel.
• Pet Amenities: We are happy to provide for pet food at a charge- (boiled chicken and rice or Boiled Eggs and rice)
• Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in the pool.
• Clean-Up: Please clean up after your pet around the property. Waste bags are available at the front desk.
• Noise and Disturbance: To ensure a relaxing stay for all, please keep noise to a minimum. Excessive barking or disturbances may result in additional fees.

5. Facilities & Timings
– Room Service and Front Desk: Available from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
– Housekeeping: Available for a limited duration.
– Late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and is chargeable.

6. Shortened Stays
– If you decide to shorten your stay, no refund will be provided for unused nights.

7. Promotions & Packages
– Promotional or sale rates are non-refundable. Certain offers may also restrict changes to the booking. Please review the restrictions before confirming.
– Meals included in packages will be served in the restaurant, either as a fixed menu or buffet.

8. Parking
– Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
– The hotel is not responsible for any damage or disappearance of vehicles in the parking area.

9. Prohibited Activities
– Smoking, alcohol, gambling, hookah, prostitution, drugs, and other unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.

10. Damage & Conduct
– Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, including furniture, articles, or amenities. Charges for such damages will be determined by management and must be settled immediately.
– Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable and decent manner without causing any disturbance or nuisance to others.

11. Management Rights
– The management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate the premises without prior notice or explanation. In case of non-compliance, the management may remove the guest’s belongings from the room.

12. Force Majeure
– No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by bad weather, natural calamities, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.

13. Additional Notes
– Drivers and domestic help are not provided with dedicated sleeping areas and must sleep in their vehicles. They are also not permitted to access guest rooms or facilities.
– Management reserves the right to amend policies without prior notice.
– In case of disputes, the decision of the management will be final and binding.
